Johnson, a North Carolina native with over 34 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a lifelong passion for supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities. Her journey began at a young age while helping care for her parents, shaping her deep appreciation for compassion, patience, and empathy. Guided by strong Christian values and a heart for service, Stacie built Heart 2 Home on the belief that meaningful support goes beyond tasks—it’s about connection, respect, and trust.

Our mission is to provide personalized, non-medical home care services that help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Every service we offer is grounded in integrity, dignity, and a genuine commitment to treating each client like family.
